  1. For Hospitality New Zealand members a discount rate of 15% applies
  2. Discounts for group bookings are based on more than 8 persons attending course – no other discounts apply without the consent of the managing director(s)
  3. A full refund will be given when notice of withdrawal is received two full working days prior to course commencing
  4. TREE HOUSE reserve the right to reschedule training dates as required, whereby a full refund will be given if candidate is unable to attend rescheduled training or when course cancelled by TREE HOUSE
  5. Test re-sit fees are applicable to all courses for applicants requiring re-assessment
